We have a pretty flexible weather policy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Our weather policy is\u00a0<\/span>you<\/span>\u00a0have until t<\/span>he day before your event to let us know you would like to cancel<\/span>. We will issue you store credit for the amount paid which you can use towards a new reservation. You can also choose to reschedule your reservation\u00a0<\/span>prior to<\/span>\u00a0anytime. If it rains after we leave and have setup, you will\u00a0<\/span>be responsible for<\/span>\u00a0full payment.\u00a0<\/span>Note that if it rains partially during your party, you can always continue\u00a0<\/span>to use it<\/span>\u00a0after it rains.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you are renting any\u00a0<\/span>inflatable,<\/span>\u00a0you will need an electrical outlet at least 75ft<\/span>\u00a0from the\u00a0<\/span>set-up<\/span>\u00a0area. If you\u00a0<\/span>don’t<\/span>\u00a0have\u00a0<\/span>power,<\/span>\u00a0check with us for\u00a0<\/span>a generator rental. If you are renting a\u00a0<\/span>water<\/span>slide<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>you will need to provide the water hose\u00a0<\/span>to reach the pool area. No, after team\u00a0<\/span>members<\/span>\u00a0have asked and\u00a0<\/span>have<\/span>\u00a0been told where to\u00a0<\/span>set up<\/span>, we<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>won’t<\/span>\u00a0be<\/span>\u00a0able to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>move it since we are on a tight delivery\u00a0<\/span>schedule. When we set up in a\u00a0<\/span>Park<\/span>\u00a0or Venue you get a\u00a0<\/span>one hour<\/span>\u00a0window.
