We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and school events. Popular bounce houses can book out weeks in advance during peak season. 

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation and remove the item from availability for your event dateThe deposit will apply to your remaining balance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, feel confident in knowing you will NEVER lose your deposit. It will never expire.

Yes. Delivery, professional setup, and takedown are always included in your rental. 

No. We do not set up tables and chairs; we stack them together, and the customer is responsible for setting them up and operating concessions. 

When you select the Regular Delivery window, you allow us to set up the day before and offers the possibility of next-day pickup at no additional charge. We do offer expedited delivery options like flexible, one-hour windows, for aadditional fee, ensuring you have the flexibility and convenience you need.

All rentals are overnight rental period unless otherwise arranged. If you need more time, you got it! If the bounce house is not booked the next day, we will pick up your stuff in the morning at no extra charge. 

As long as we have clear access to the equipment, we can safely handle pickup.

 

Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until the day before your event. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid any time which does not expire.

We have a pretty flexible weather policy. Our weather policy is you have until the day before your event to let us know you would like to cancel. We will issue you store credit for the amount paid which you can use towards a new reservation. You can also choose to reschedule your reservation prior to anytime. If it rains after we leave and have setup, you will be responsible for full payment. Note that if it rains partially during your party, you can always continue to use it after it rains. 

If you are renting any inflatable, you will need an electrical outlet at least 75ft from the set-up area. If you don’t have power, check with us for a generator rental. If you are renting a waterslide you will need to provide the water hose to reach the pool area. We are not responsible for filling up pools. 

No, after team members have asked and have been told where to set up, we won’t be able to move it since we are on a tight delivery schedule. If the crew has time to do it, it will be an additional $70 extra charge. 

We can set up on grass, pavement, asphalt, and dirt. Let us know the surface, so we can properly anchor and secure the inflatable and use tarp if needed  If we are setting up on grass, make sure there is no sprinkler system. We are not responsible for any damage to pipes; you can choose the “grass no stakes” option on quote. 

When we set up in a Park or Venue you get a one hour window. This means if you select 1-6 we will set up between 121pm and pick up between 6-7. Always check with city parks for permits, electricity and water if you are renting a water inflatable  

Yes, we clean and sanitize all inflatables after each rental, unless it is a back to back rental, then we will clean at customers houseif wet due to rain, it will only take 15-20 minutes to dry.
